PCMS1 teaches a special skillset in a logical and structured manner. Learn to: Observe & decode behaviour Predict & identify stress & distress in self & others Motivate self to achieve goals & gain cooperation from others Invite others back into positive communication & behaviour Each participant receives an individual personality profile. Course materials further assist you in applying the PCM model. This course is recommended for clinicians at all levels of practice. PCM is recognised by ANZCA, RACS, NZCGP, ACRRM and RANZCOG. ANZCA offers 2 CPD points/hour under “Knowledge and Skills”; 10 pts for wellbeing CPD.
