The college is invested in developing the leadership capabilities of our future leaders. The Emerging Leaders Conference (ELC) brings together new fellows from a diverse range of backgrounds, and offers three days of dynamic content presented by anaesthesia and pain medicine leaders. The 2024 ELC will be held at Cedar Creek Lodges located amongst 114 hectares of subtropical rainforest and open woodlands at Mt Tamborine, Qld. The theme for the conference is 'Breaking barriers'. Applications close Friday 20 October 2023.
