Process Communication Model - Seminar 1

Communication with colleagues, in teams is critical to patient care. Understanding self & others improves communication, maintains wellbeing & performance. Learn a special skillset in a logical & structured manner.     Observe & decode behaviour     Predict, identify stress & distress patterns     Motivate self to achieve goals; gain cooperation from others     Invite others back into positive communication & behaviour Each participant receives an individual personality profile & course materials to further assist you in applying the PCM model. This course is recommended for clinicians at all levels. There is no pre-reading. Complete profile online beforehand. Course material, lunch, morning & afternoon tea is included. PCM is recognised by ANZCA, RACS, NZCGP, ACRRM and RANZCOG. 2 CPD points per hour under “Knowledge and Skills”. Also counts towards wellbeing CPD. Cost (including gst): $2700; $2000 for trainees.
